Completely renovated historic gem in the center of the winter and summer sports oasis of Winterberg in a traffic-calmed dream location with a view of the spa park and the mountains. City and shopping center, ski bus stop, sauna world and swimming pool are just a three-minute walk away.

The four apartments (47 and 50 sqm on the ground floor, 90 sqm on the 1st floor and 68 sqm attic) are offered individually or as a whole house (ground floor plus 1st floor) and have parking spaces with double charging stations for electric cars (from 2023: type 2 max 22KW ) and two free charging points for e-bikes/scooters. The garage is used to safely store skis and e-bikes. As a total package "House Parklife" (3 apartments), the house has a total of five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and three living rooms so that the capacity is 10 + 5 people.

The apartments are luxuriously equipped with Iloq keys, video intercom, flat screen TV and hi-fi audio, high-quality sofa beds in the living areas create additional sleeping places at night. The large apartment on the 1st floor is extended by a 42 sqm terrace with a tent roof and a barbecue area that is protected from view and invites you to sunbathe and socialize.

Directly in front of the house there is another barbecue area with seating available to all tenants, and of course the spa and vitality park with its range of mini golf and playground/fitness facilities. We give our tenants the Sauerland or SL Sommercard, welcome to our world :-)

Reside like the "Royal Family": Luxurious ambience in the historic house "Parklife" in the top location of popular winter and summer sports center Winterberg.

From a touch of baroque castle your view falls through the large split window front onto the hilly landscape of the Hochsauerland, the sink to Helletalklamm and the spa park. The high ceiling of the attic makes you breathe awe-inspiring, the dark wooden beams dating from 1791 (!) are reminiscent of the impressive history of this building, which used to be traditionally the seat of the mayors of the town.

Today, two bathrooms with a toilet, shower and bathtub bring modern convenience. In the living room, the Sofa Lounge and the classic dining group with crystal chandelier invite you to sit. The TV with DVD and VCR, the stereo Receiver with turntable, blue tooth mixer and Magnat subwoofer can spoil eyes and ears. If you would like to write or work creatively, you have your own office corner with a desk and an armchair, the bedroom with a "Unicorn" rhinestone bed and walk-in closet seems to be made for a royal couple as well. Right next to it is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and a washer/ dryer combination.

The apartment includes a parking space for cars or 2 motorcycles, from 2023 an E car charging station 22KW Type 2 socket (!), bicycles have their own charging station and can be safely parked in the garage.

The location of the house is hard to beat: in the middle of town and yet traffic- free at the spa park, the city square and the shopping center from the front door are walked on foot in 3 minutes. The restaurant "Kurparkstuben" and the minigolf and playground can be reached in less than a minute, the swimming pool and the wellness facilities of the "Oversum" in 4 minutes. Even the famous ski circus and the bike park can be reached on foot (distance 1.2 km)! In the park itself we have miniature golf courses, table tennis, Kneipp swimming pool, fitness facilities and an open - air stage.

Please note: As some guests wish to bring their own linen, our linen package is not included in the room rate. In addition, the city of Winterberg charges private guests a tourist tax of 2.50 euros per night and person over 16 years of age, but issues a tourist card for this, which gives you access to a wide range of free offers.

In winter this is the "Sauerland card" with significant discounts on ski passes and numerous other attractions, and public transport is free during your stay.

Conditions and extras
A reservation payment of 50% is due upon booking, upon arrival a deposit of 200€ for apartments 47 and 50, 300€ for apartment 90 or 600€ for the whole house. Free check in is from 3pm to 8pm, check out by 10am. Different times are to be agreed directly with housekeeping.

From the 1st of April to the 1st of November we will then give you the "Sauerland Summer Card": We will take over the additional 2 euros per person per night, which will allow you free admission to a large number of offers in and around Winterberg. Activities such as the summer toboggan run, the Panorama Adventure Bridge, miniature golf, swimming pools, including 4 hour Aqua Mundo at Center Parc Medebach, bowling, karting, pitch & putt, mini-spa, museums and more. A family of four saves up to € 1,000 in entry fees!
