Description
This is a well-mantained bungalow on a little garden site on the owner’s site, in a quiet and rural location between the Baltic Sea town of Kühlungsborn (2.5km) and Heiligendamm (5km).
There are electric radiators. Seating and a grill are available in the outdoor area.
It has a homely and comfortable interior. It is a two-room house for 2-3 people, with around 45m² of living space. It has a comfortably furnished living and dining room with a sofa suite (sofa bed for one person), satellite TV, a radio, a dining table, a pantry kitchen (grill oven) wih a coffee machine, kettle and various crockery, as well as a little double bedroom with a French bed (165 x 195cm) and a shower room with a WC.
It is 1.8km to the Baltic Sea beach. There is a local 9+18-hole golf course (800 metres). New cycle paths can be found from the doorstep to the surrounding villages and towns. There are three local restaurants.
