There is also a bicycle storage room that is accessible directly from the road (Moselle side). There are many car parking spaces on the other side of the road, as well as on a directly adjoining parking area. The apartment has modern fittings. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower bath. There are two bedrooms each with double beds. The cosy living room has two sofas and a TV. The high ceilings of 3.30m are typical of historical buildings. The front side affords an unobstructed view of the beautiful Moselle. The rear side of the building is at the start of the Zell pedestrian zone with a view of the vineyards of the well-known wine-growing area “Zeller schwarze Katz”.
