Description

This 80m² holiday apartment was renovated in autumn 2014. It has a living room with a pull-out sofa, a 3D flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver, a 3D Bluray player and a stereo system. There is a separate kitchen with built-in units, including a stove, dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils, as well as a dining corner. The bathroom has a bath and a shower. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the children’s room has two single beds and a little junior bed. On the north and south side of the apartment there are terraces with garden furniture and a grill fireplace, inviting you to sit and relax. A free car parking space is available in front of the holiday apartment. It is about 500 metres to the Baltic Sea beach. You can find restaurants on the way to the beach. There are a supermarket, a bakery with a café, a fish smoking facility, a playground and bicycle hire in the immediate vicinity. Owing to the direct connection to the cycle path network, you can explore Usedom by bike from Zempin. The Achterwasser, the Zempin harbour and other places of interest are just a short walk away. Zempin is the smallest seaside town on the island of Usedom, between Zinnowitz and Koserow. Local tourist taxes for the duration of your stay are payable at the Zempin tourist bureau.
