This cozy and comfortable four-room holiday home is located on a large private property in the small town of Landstorf, a district of Zierow on the Baltic Sea. There is another holiday home on the property. Zierow and the district of Landstorf are located between the Hanseatic city of Wismar (approx. 8 km) and the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen (approx. 15 km). It is only about 900 m to the beach. The cozy and comfortable four-room holiday home over 2 floors can accommodate up to 6 people + a baby. There is a fireplace to keep you warm even during spine chilling winters. You will also find wood (paid)on the premises. There is a small shop in Zierow (approx. 900 m). In Gägelow (approx. 4 km) you have the choice between several supermarkets in a large shopping center. It is only approx. 800 m to the natural Eggerstorfer beach and approx. 900 m to the lively Zierow sandy beach (Wismar Bay), the water can be easily reached on foot or by bike. There are restaurants also 700 m away for enjoying local cuisines. In case you want to take a few refreshing dives, you will find a public swimming pool only a short drive away from your stay. The premises on the ground floor include 1 comfortable living and dining area, 1 open kitchen and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor there are 3 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. From the living area you have access to the sheltered and sunny terrace, where you can have a wonderful breakfast or end the evening (barbecue available). The open kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and preparing scrumptious homecooked meals.There is plenty of space on the property to play, linger and relax. The property has one parking spot for your car. The bus stop is only 700 m away.
