Destino is a contemporary new villa consisting of three identical and separate apartments, each located on a different floor. It is situated in the tranquil Missiria area on the outskirts of Rethymno town. This villa is meticulously decorated with sophistication and elegance and equipped with all modern facilities and appliances.

The ground-floor apartment is designed to be accessible for disabled persons and the elderly. Each apartment features a spacious living area furnished with comfortable sofas, a large satellite TV, and a welcoming dining table, all generously illuminated with natural light. In this same area, you'll discover a sleek open-plan kitchen fully equipped with modern electric appliances, ideal for your culinary needs.

Each apartment offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds that can be joined together if required. A shared bathroom with a shower and WC serves both bedrooms. Additionally, the roomy sofa in the living area can be converted into an additional bed, accommodating one more guest. The entire apartment is air-conditioned and provides a fast internet WiFi connection.

All the apartments offer stunning sea and pool views, and the top-floor apartments include private balconies. Guests have access to a generously sized 100-square-meter private swimming pool that uses saltwater (no chlorine) for a refreshing and gentle swimming experience. There's also a separate 3x2-meter children's pool attached to the main pool.
