Villa with private pool and majestic sea views The villa is located in a quiet setting, near Agios Nikitas village. An asphalt drive leads up from the village of Agios Nikitas to the villas Spiaggia Dorata, Isola Bella, Vista Splendida, Mare Magico and Acqua Azzurra. Situated on two different levels, natural stone walls, olive and cypress trees, shrubs, thymes, sages and climbers surround each villa to create privacy. Villa sits on the first level out of the two. The villa has it's own parking space, private swimming pool with patio, outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
