Description

Our villa is located in the region of Kato Fellos, only 5 min drive (or 15 min walk) from a stunning sandy beach and 5 km from the port town of Gavrio in Andros. It is built on the side of a hill, offering beautiful view to the Aegean Sea and the surrounding green nature of our island. The location is tranquil, along a not-often used road, perfect for total relaxation. Our villa is surrounded by a private garden of 1000 sq.m., therefore it provides privacy to guests and a nice place for kids to play. It has private swimming pool of 36 sq.m. with 8 sun lounges and a large double sun bed. The pool patio has outdoor table and chairs, while there is also a BBQ for enjoyable evenings with family and friends. The first floor veranda offers sea view and has a large dining table and chairs for meals outside. On the side of the villa, there is outdoor private parking. Our villa is a stunning holiday place for families and groups of friends, It extends for three floors and has private swimming pool and a large garden. The ground floor at the swimming pool level has two double bedrooms with shared bathroom, kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and all kind of utensils to prepare your meals, as well as living room with fireplace and dining room. The first floor has living room and a second large kitchen with oven and fridge, while the top floor has two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, private balconies and sea-view windows. The closest beach is the sandy beach of Kato Fellos (1 km away) while the closest town is Gavrio, where there are super markers, restaurants, taverns, pharmacy and ATM.
