Hloi is a charming 160 sq.m. villa located on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Gerani, just a short distance from a renowned traditional tavern and 2.5 km from a delightful sandy beach. This villa is part of a small, family-run complex of 4 villas.

The ground floor of the villa features a spacious lounge with a fireplace, a dining area, and a veranda that offers views of the pool, the garden, and the surrounding olive groves, mountains, and the sea. On the same floor, you'll find a well-equipped open-plan kitchen with a cooker, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent shower room.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll discover three more bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a double bed and en-suite bathroom facilities, while the other two have two single beds each and share a large bathroom with a bathtub. Each bedroom boasts its own balcony with lovely views of the picturesque countryside and the sea.

The villa includes a private pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as a BBQ facility for outdoor cooking and dining.
