Amazingly beautiful, newly built Mediterranean Villa from 2014, located in Kantia just 2 hours drive from Athens Airport. It is located a 2-minute drive (700m) from a beautiful beach and just 20 minutes by car from the historic Venetian city of Nafplio. Villa Livadia is located in a beautiful green natural environment a short distance from some quiet sandy and pebble beaches and from the most famous mysterious sites in Greece (ancient theater of Epidaurus, Mycenae, Thyrinth, Nemea, Corinth). It is furnished with a light and relaxing interior and has been designed with child safety in mind. If you want to enjoy Greek nights and nightlife you can visit Nafplio, Spetses and Athens. The villa and its location is an ideal choice for both families and couples. The house can accommodate 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread over two floors, a large living room and dining room, central underfloor heating throughout plus air conditioning. The entire house has a typical and barrier-free marble floor. The floors are accessible via a spacious marble staircase. Ground floor: entrance and hall, tastefully decorated spacious living room of approx. 100 m², satellite TV and Wi-Fi, with a beautiful lounge sofa and a fireplace, dining room with seating for 12 people, spacious and fully equipped kitchen, bedroom ( with a double bed) with an en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace with sea views. The lounge sofa in the living room can partially unfold into an extra double bed. First floor: 4 spacious bedrooms, air-conditioned and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet, one of which has a jacuzzi. All bathrooms are fully furnished and finished with handmade mosaic. All bedrooms have spacious balconies with sea views. Ground floor: technical room and storage room, separate and separate toilet. The villa is located in a protected nature area. In a quiet spur of a mountain valley and accessible via a partially paved road of approximately 500 meters in length. The entrance to the villa grounds is protected by a remote controlled gate that opens onto the driveway to the villa. There is ample parking, 4 parking spaces. In Kantia, about 600m away, there is a supermarket, a bakery and a petrol station and several beach bars and taverns. Nafplio town is just a 15-25 minute drive away, with a historic center of Venetian houses, churches, museums and castles, a lively main square and a cosmopolitan selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cafes, great nightlife and a lively harbour. The fantastic fish, meat and vegetable market is held on Wednesdays and Saturdays - the best local honey and olive oil are not to be missed!
