It has a private driving entrance, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, as well as a third large bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is for special needs. There is also a chair bed that can sleep a 4th child. Built in 1935, it has been fully renovated. The whole villa is ground level and handicapped accessible. Pefka (pine tree) is newly-constructed and modern. It is situated next to 2 tall pecan trees and across 2 huge pine trees that provide ample shadow during the hot summer days. It features 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms situated in the quiet part of the villa facing the gardens away from the pool, a pool-facing third bedroom with en suite bathroom, a fully walled, private loft with double bed and en suite bathroom, as well as two living rooms with chair and sofa beds able to sleep more. First and second floors have sea views.
