A spacious en-suite bathroom with a bath and bidet is also available. The second bedroom of 30m² also has a kingsize bed measuring 183 x 220cm, a wardrobe, two armchairs, a table and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom of 30m² provides two single beds measuring 100 x 210cm, a dressing room, an armchair, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The fourth bedroom of 25m² has two single beds measuring 100 x 210cm, a fridge and a kettle, as well as an en-suite bathroom with a shower. All four bedrooms are fitted with air conditioning. All of the bedrooms open onto the veranda. The upper floor has a living room, a kitchen and a veranda. The open kitchen is fully-equipped with a stove, a wide electric oven, a big double sink, an American fridge-freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a filter and Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher. There is also a dining table for four people. The 120m² living room provides quality furnishing and granite flooring, two individual sitting areas with Italian leather seating and German blue satin, a big dining table made of oak wood for up to ten people, a fireplace and a home cinema system with a 50'' plasma TV and satellite receiver.
