Then each detached villa (Anthea Rossa & Pergola) has its own private spaces, and every room in Anthea Rossa as in the plans below, has an open view with sitting room and both bedrooms having direct and stunning sea views. The living space of 90m² on two floors comprises a light living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two very modern daylight bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. The living room is furnished with a big sofa and matching armchairs, a TV, a safe for your valuables and a wooden dining table and six chairs. The open fireplace enhances the cosy atmosphere and exudes pleasant warmth on cooler evenings. The wood-coloured built-in kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel cooker hood, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm). The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional double bed. One bathroom is fitted with a bath with a shower attachment, the second with a shower cubicle. Both also have a washbasin with a wall mirror and a toilet. The additional separate guest toilet is convenient. There is a washing machine in the storage room. A highchair can be provided on request.
