There are also three bathrooms, of which two have a shower and one has a bath. One of the bathrooms has a washing machine. The living room on the upper floor has an open layout, with a modern kitchen, a dining space and a lounge area with a TV and a fireplace. Firewood can be used free of charge. The beaches in the north are about four kilometres from the holiday house. The town of Rethymnon is 9km away. It is only a short drive to shops and tavernas. The traditional village of Maroulas is a kilometre from the holiday house. The wider surroundings are rural. Farmers raise their sheep and harvest olives from the olive trees that grow everywhere. The holiday house is a great starting point for day trips. The owner is happy to provide recommendations. The wireless Internet connection can be used free of charge. The owner can provide a cot and a highchair at no additional charge on request. Each bedroom and the living room have air conditioning.
