The holiday house is about 400 metres outside of Neohoraki, amidst many olive trees to the right and left of a road towards Petreti with little traffic. The house is especially suitable for families or older people who would like to relax and enjoy a leisurely holiday, or a hiking, cycling, sunshine and beach holiday, or to spend it by the private pool right in front of the house. The house provides around 70m² of living space and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen unit with an oven, stove, coffee machine, microwave and all the necessary utensils. The living room, kitchen and dining space with a table for six people are all in one room. There are two bedrooms each with a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower. Wireless Internet access is available. The pool measures around 7.25 x 4.25 metres and there are four sun loungers. Guests need to carry out surface cleaning of the pool themselves. A deep clean is carried out every three days. The terrace measures around 8 x 2 metres and has plenty of terrace furniture. The site is fenced in and is in very beautiful rural surroundings. There are two car parking spaces on site. The accommodation is ideal for families with or without pets who do not want to stay in a hotel and without disturbing neighbours. There are many small localities nearby with shops and there are some larger supermarkets about 2-3 km away. Petreti is a small fishing village with some gastronomic establishments. Some of the restaurants are by the sea with a beautiful view of the sea. There is a little local fishing harbour, as well as a beautiful sandy beach, also suitable for small children to swim by, just a few minutes away.
