The house is on three floors. The ground floor of around 30m² consists of a living room with a fireplace, a flatscreen TV and a sitting corner, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining table for six people. The first floor has a bedroom with a balcony and window, a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. There is a bathroom and WC next to it with a shower and a washbasin. The second floor has another bedroom with a wardrobe, a double bed and dressers, and a very big balcony with a sea view and a view of the mountainous landscape. The third floor provides a third bedroom with a balcony and a window, a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. Next to it there is the second bathroom/WC with a shower and a washbasin. The three bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning. To prevent flies, bugs, mosquitoes or even snakes from getting in, all the insect screens in the windows and doors should be kept shut.
