Metatulia is a complex of four splendid modern villas, ideally perched on a hillside, providing unobstructed and breathtaking views of the sea and the surrounding landscape. Villas 1 and 2 feature one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a spacious marble counter, a dining table, and a modern living room with a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed, as well as a satellite TV.

Villas 3 and 4 offer two bedrooms – one with a double bed on the ground floor and one with twin beds on the mezzanine level. These villas have two bathrooms with glass shower enclosures (one on the ground floor and one on the mezzanine level), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large marble counter, a dining table, and a modern living room with a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed, along with a satellite TV.

Each villa boasts spectacular views and comes complete with its own private 20 sq.m. swimming pool and a BBQ area. They are equipped with air conditioning and WiFi coverage, and all mattresses are of high quality. Moreover, the buildings themselves are constructed with an eco-friendly philosophy.
