Luz Villa, located in Plakias next to the beach and all amenities, is a spacious modern villa in the south of Crete. With a size of 220 sqm, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in four bedrooms. The villa offers stunning ocean views of the south Cretan Sea and provides guests with a sense of harmony and tranquility. It's an ideal base for exploring the south coast of Crete, as it's close to numerous other beaches.

The ground floor features an open living space with sea views. This open-plan area includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, a living room, and a dining area. The modern and fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials for a self-catered vacation. The living room offers a large corner sofa, a 55’’ HDTV, and large glass doors that open to a terrace with a sitting area overlooking the sea. Next to the living room is the dining area that can seat 8 guests and has large windows offering sea views. There is also a shower/WC on this level. Additionally, there is a bedroom with two single beds (0.90m * 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king-size bed, with an en-suite shower/WC.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you'll find three more bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have king-size beds (1.80m * 2.00m) and en-suite bath/WC, while the third bedroom has two single beds (0.90m * 2.00m), which can be joined together to form a king-size bed, and an en-suite shower/WC. All four bedrooms are equipped with 32’’ HDTVs. The villa is air-conditioned throughout and offers Wi-Fi in all areas.

What sets Luz Villa apart is not only its proximity to everything, eliminating the need for a car (unless you want to explore the beautiful island of Crete), but also its outdoor space, designed to make the most of the breathtaking sea views. The outdoor area includes a private 32 sqm swimming pool, sunbeds and loungers with umbrellas, BBQ facilities, an outdoor dining area, and parking space for up to 3 cars. The villa and outdoor area are fenced, providing privacy to guests.

Additionally, the villa's services included in the price are a welcome basket, cleaning every 3 days, linen and towel change every 3 days, pool towels provided, gardener visits twice a week, and cleaning and pool maintenance 2 or 3 times a week (depending on the weather).
