Platanias Villa Spyros is a stunning, contemporary villa in the heart of the renowned tourist destination of Platanes, Rethymno, Crete. Accessed via an external staircase, the first-floor apartment offers an open-space living room, a dining area, and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. Two generously sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another with a double bed, provide comfortable accommodation. An additional spacious bathroom with a shower enclosure enhances the convenience of this apartment. A capacious balcony on this floor boasts breathtaking sea views, two sunbeds, and a dining table.

On the same floor, the third apartment includes a living area, dining area, a separate open-plan modern kitchen, and a double bed bedroom.
