Sofia villa is a modern, comfortable villa ideally located in Agios Konstantinos village, in the heart of Rethymno County, making it an excellent starting point for exploring both the northern and southern coasts of Crete. The villa is perfect for families and can accommodate up to 5 guests in two bedrooms. Upon entering the villa, you'll find a spacious living area with a sofa, a dining table, and an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. There's a flat-screen satellite TV, a veranda, and direct access to the private garden. The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, are equipped with individual air conditioning and have balconies. They share a roomy, modern shower and WC.

The villa is situated on a vast 2500 sq.m. private property with lawns, various trees, and shaded areas, perfect for hours of relaxation. There's a 25 sq.m. private swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds, an umbrella, and various outdoor furniture, as well as a BBQ for enjoyable meals.

The villa was renovated in 2020. Agios Konstantinos and Roustika villages are typical traditional Cretan villages with beautiful countryside, local products, a renowned traditional tavern, and a local mini-market. The stunning sandy beaches of Episkopi and Petres on the north coast are just 12 km away, while the famous tourist resort of Plakias on the south coast, with its magnificent beaches, is a 21 km drive.
