This 5 bedroom, two-storey villa includes a private 40 sqm pool , a playroom and BBQ area is an excellent choice for you to have amazing holidays with your family and friends. Privacy and tranquility are secured while at the same time you are just few minutes away from Plakias. It's privileged location also guarantees stunning panoramic views of sea! Indoors Villa's Evenos building consists of two independent apartments with seperate entrance. This can be the ideal for two families who want to be together, but at the same time enjoy their own privacy or groups who want to secure more autonomy. Starting from the ground floor, one can find a spacious and cozy open plan living room and a well equiped kitchen (oven, stove, microwave, kettle, fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster, blender etc.) where you can prepare all of your favourite meals. Moving further, you get two see 2 bedrooms, one of them consisting a double bed, while the second consists two twin beds. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub in this fisrt apartment as well. On your right side, a playroom is placed, featuring a pool table, a comfortable sofa, a flat satelite Tv and a Wc. Moving on the upper apartment, you face a corner well equipped kitchen, a dinner table and a well appointed living room,with access to a balcony. Upper's floor seaviews are just impeccable! Three more bedrooms are placed there, one featuring a adouble bed, while the two others feature 2 single beds. Last there is one more full bathroom with a bathtub there. Interiors of villa Evenos, are placed in bright colors and soft materials, in order to provide further relaxation to our guests. The element of glass blends perfectly with wood, in order to add a scent of modernity along with simplicity. All rooms are very airy, yet are fully air-conditioned and wifi is accesible in all villa premises. Outdoor The distinctive feature ?f villa Evenos is the vast outside area, in which a 40sqm private pool dominates. Stunning seaviews of the Libyan Sea and the village of Plakias, are the main reason you will definitely do not want to get out of the villa. Comfortable outside furniture, like sunbeds and puffs, and a big dining table where you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning will prove to be the places you spend most of your time. Icing on the cake are the ping pong table and the charcoal bbq! What's provided: - Welcome basket is included. - Housekeeping, towels and linen changes every 5 days (for stays longer than 10 days.)
