This splendid villa is located just 10 kilometers to the east of Rethymnon, in the charming beachside area of Sfakaki. The ground floor of the villa is designed to offer a spacious living and dining area, complete with a cozy fireplace, as well as an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen.
