The luxurious newly built Emerald villa is situated west of the town Chania, at a distance of approximately 22 kilometers, in the Rapaniana area. The villa,built of stone, is literally on the sea shore and have direct access to the beach. Important Notice: Check-in is after 16.00Check out is 11:00 latest. Its architectural style respects the Cretan aesthetics, tradition and the environment with no compromise in comfort and luxury. The exterior of the building and grounds are beautifully designed and include a large private pool ( 40 sq.m. ). Villa has a hydro massage and lovely comfortable sunbathing areas. There is also a pergola and a stone build barbecue. The interior of the villa comprises of three floors. On the ground level there is a spacious lounge, a separate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor there are two large bedrooms each with a private bath room and balcony. The balconies have a breathtaking view of the sea. In the basement there is a third bedroom with bathroom and a forth bedroom (this room has no windows). Please notice that the 4 rth bedroom is situated in the basement and has no windows or balcony.The main house can be used by 6 people. If guests are over 6, the studio can also be used by 2 people for an extra charge of 40 euros per person.
