VILLA SYMEON For 2-6 persons The Villa Symeon was built 2003 on the foundations of an old house, in the traditional style. The house located near the village square, a beautiful spot with huge old plane and the two well known traditional taverns. The house is 20 meters square and is easily reachable by foot and by car. The house has large ground floor of 105 m2, and in the basement a fully equipped laundry room, the boiler room and garage for two cars. The house is equipped with floor heating and is suitable all year round rental. The ground floor has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and a specious bathroom with tube, shower enclosure, sink and toilet. The first floor consist of a large living room with an open fireplace, a dining room and an open kitchen, a 2nd bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, und a large balcony with panoramic views of the valley and the sea. From here you can admire the wonderful sunsets for which this part of the island the cost is known. The Greek-German owners are available for help and advice if needed. The house can be used all year round and is suitable from families and couples who love both the sea and the mountains, looking for tranquility, clean air, fresh and green environment. Above on the left side of the house is a sunny garden terrace with seating. The two lower terraces can be used by guests. The upper half is used by the guests of Villa Daphne. EQUIPMENT Living room and dining room: Fireplace, table with armchairs, satellite TV, dining table. The balcony equipped with a bigger table and bamboo armchairs. Kitchen: A modern open kitchen equipped with a stove with four hot places and oven, big fridge, dish-washer, coffee machine, toaster, water kettle and table for 6 persons. Bathrooms: Ground floor: Bathtub with shower facility and toilet. First floor: Shower, toilet, and bidet. Bedrooms: All equipped with double beds, wardrobes, bedside tables, shelves, and mirrors. CLEANING The villa is cleaned once a week and bed linen and towels are changed. The guests are kindly asked to take their garbage waste container located near the river. For the final cleaning on site Euro 30.00 be paid.
