Three holiday apartments with terraces, near the beach and in a quiet location
This holiday apartment with a generous terrace can accommodate two adults and two children within 80m² of living space. The apartment is on the first floor of the residence and is a maisonette apartment that also has a mezzanine. It is comfortably furnished and ideal for a relaxing holiday with the family. You step into the apartment into a little hallway, providing access to the bedroom and past stairs and on to the spacious living room. The parents’ bedroom has a double bed, spacious cupboards and bedside tables on either side, under a ceiling fan. Follow the hallway straight on and you come to the living room with a round dining table and an integrated kitchen unit behind a breakfast bar. You can relax in the evening in a comfortable sitting corner by the fireplace with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, stove with an electric hob, two sinks, a coffee machine and a kettle. The stairs lead up to the mezzanine, which is used as a bedroom with two single beds. The little bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washing machine, a WC and a washbasin. The whole apartment is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan in the living room. Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with restricted mobility. A big glass door opens onto the 25m² sun terrace, which faces the sun and also provides shade, along with a fabulous view over the rooftops to the bay with a harbour. You can relax on the deckchairs and the round table and chairs are the ideal place to dine outdoors together. A private garage is reserved for you in the residence. 00000127708
