Newly built to a very high specification, it's a contemporary property offering a wealth of superb facilities, including a stunning private pool of 50 sqm and spacious sun terrace from which to enjoy the coastal and mountain views. INTERIOR Located in Tria Monastiria area, just above Rethymno Town, designed as a family house at first, however to be used as a unique homely tourist accommodation, offering a variety of facilities and the highest level of services. This delightful, well maintained and decorated split level house of 220 sqm offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms from which the one is ensuite. Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area consisting of the living room with a fireplace, an indoor dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary home appliances such as microwave, oven , cooker, dishwasher, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit. Then, in front there is a spacious living room/dining room with furniture, lighting and decoration of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's an LCD HD satellite ?V , a Playstaion 4 console ,music system and air conditioners in every bedroom (use of a/c is included in the price). Downstairs there is also a bedroom (air-conditioned) with a double bed , satellite TV and a full bathroom with bathtub. From here a wooden stair leads you into the upstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and another two bedrooms, both with a double and a single bed, sharing the same bathroom with shower enclosure. All bedrooms are equipped with LCD Satellite TVs and brand-new quality toppers providing maximum comfort. A safe deposit box will keep your valuables secure. EXTERIOR The living room has a big glass partition which opens to a veranda with shaded sitting/dining area with beautiful views leading you both to the lower level of the pool and the garden area. On your right you will also find the shaded BBQ area with a big dining table area and a refrigerator, as well as some of our fruit trees. The spacious exterior of this villa does not disappoint in any way, in fact, the exteriors truly enhance this splendid Villa. A spacious lawn garden, ideal for your children to play (the children will absolutely love the playground next to the pool, while you can keep an eye on them!), local plants and trees and a 50 sqm (10m* 5m) swimming pool (depth: 1.60 m-3.00 m) provides one with the perfect opportunity to exercise & enjoy the endless view of the area around. Next to the pool someone can also enjoy his meal or a drink as there is a shaded sitting area. Following our need to to be more eco friendly, solar panels have placed to provide constant hot water as well as gather sunshine in order to provide electricity! Our personal house farm is just under a 100 meters away and consists of our chickens, pigs, rabbits and our kind farm dog (a Greek Shepherd). You will be able to go feed the animals once a day with us and see them up close. The whole surrounding area is a totally quiet natural environment ideal for relaxing but also very close to the city. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes drive away. Staying in our villa will give you not only the advantage of relaxing in a quiet private area but also be close to everything.
