Charma estate is an enchantic property featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably host up to 6 guests. Just a stone away from the picturesque town of Rethymno and its sandy beach. Set in an idylic 7500sqm plot, with planted olive trees and refreshing local plants, guests benefit from total privacy and beautiful sea views. Featuring a private pool, bbq area and plenty of comfortable outside seating areas, making it a safe haven for families or group of friends. The space A former family vacation home that has been very recently renovated (in 2023) so it can be a temporary home for young people or families of various generations in order to create together some unforgettable memories. INDOORS An exquisite property with a total of 190sqm inside, that every room is very comfortable and spacious. As you enter, you first encounter an open plan living room with a corner sofa and fireplace as well as a dining room (that sits up to 6 guests) and a well equipped kitchen with everything you might need to prepare delicious meals. Moving further there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each and one more with 2 single beds. Furthermore there are 2 full bathrooms, one consisting of a bathtub, while the other has a shower. Spread along the house various carefully hand-picked decoration items and beautiful cushions, that all have a story to tell. They have been picked along the owner's travels through the world, a unique lamp from Morocco, a beautifully hand painted mirror from the island of Tinos and a summer hat from South Italy are only a few of the things you will meet there that will take you away. Furthermore, there are a few antique furniture from the owner's family that have been very well maintained in order to stand the test of time. Everything harmoniously blends old and new in a perfect pairing and aims for an eye appealing result. The whole house is set on the ground floor so it is perfect for families with young children or people who want to avoid using stairs. In front of the house there is a shaded sun terrace that enjoys some mesmerizing views of the sea ahead. OUTDOORS A huge plot of 7500sqm will be only yours, so you will benefit from total privacy. Planted with several local fruits and herbs it provides natural shade in multiple spots. Green scenery all around and lovely sea views on the front. If the heat is too much for you, or tempted for a refreshing dive, your private 40sqm pool (1.50m deep) will be your place to be. Around the pool, several new sun beds as well as an outside bamboo living room will provide the comfort you need so you can chill with the rest of the group or read a book. Right next to the pool area, a gas BBQ along with a huge table under a shaded pergola are placed. Everyone is close by and no one is secluded, except if he wants to be! Right a few minutes away from the picteresque and lovely town of Rethymno but at the same time in a private and quiet location. Amazing views and the ideal spot if you want to explore the most dreaming places of Crete. Within a walking distance to the closest restaurant- coffee place for some tasty treats.
