Grove Lodge Holiday Homes are a cluster of riverside holiday homes a few minutes’ walk from Killorglin town in County Kerry. These ideally located holiday homes are only a 20-minute drive from two magnificent sandy beaches, Rossbeigh Strand on the Iveragh Peninsula and Inch Strand on the Dingle Peninsula.

Set in a peaceful and scenic area along the perimeter of the majestic River Laune which flows from Lough Leane, one of the Lakes of Killarney and empties into the sea, first at Castlemaine harbour beside the river Maine and then out through Dingle Bay.

Grove Lodge Holiday Homes is a lovely complex of 2 and 3-bedroom holiday apartments. Our beautiful 2-bedroom holiday homes are all located on the ground level.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

4. Walking to the town:
Grove Lodge Holiday Homes are only a minutes’ walk from Killorglin town however please note 250 metres of which has no path, so care must be taken when walking.
