Acireale is a well-known spa resort and a perfect example of Sicilian Baroque. Strategic location for tourists: located 5 minutes from the sea, less than half an hour from Mount Etna, and a few kilometers from the tourist centers of Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Siracusa, Noto, Ragusa, Modica and Piazza Armerina. The house is located directly in front of the sea at St.Caterina (southern part of Acireale) within a nature reserve, a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax! So, if you love to stay face to face with the nature, welcome to our house! Our house is a real treasure...It enjoys a stunning panoramic sea view! Height above the sea level is about 100m. Few houses on the coast can boast of such a location and magnificent views of the sea, coastline and surroundings! The house consists of two apartments, they are not communicated with each other and each has its own entrance and private terrace. Distance from the sea with a rocky coast about 300m passable through a private road. Parking place is available nearby the house. Nearby there is Acireale where you can find different restaurants, supermarkets, shops, places of interest, bus stop to go to Taormina, Catania and all the other tourist places, the central station of Acireale. Acireale is 350 m away, Acireale could be reached by foot in 10 minutes, overcoming a small hill (in particular cases car is recommended).

Charming luxury suite is locate on the second floor of the house. Consists of living room with open-plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom (toilet, bidet, bath, shower), terrace and solarium where you can take a sunbath. There are 4 sleeping places (double bed and comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons). The decor is complete with everything needed. Apartment is very beautiful, elegant, bright, has a really amazing sea views!
