The detached holiday house is in a very sunny location with a panoramic view of the valley of the Candigliano River. You can admire the view of the Furlo gorge, as well as of the three mountains of the Apennines, Monte Catria, Petrano and Nero. The holiday villa consists of two independent residential units. On the ground floor of around 80m² there are 4 + 2 beds. In the living room you can find a cooking niche and a sofa bed for one person. There are also two bedrooms and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom. On the upper floor, a further 110m² await you, with six beds. Deckchairs, parasols and a gazebo with a table and chairs invite you to relax. The pool can be used from June to September. The house is accessed via a private access road. Therefore you can enjoy a completely relaxed holiday here, far away from other houses in a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
