Located in a newly built building, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, another bedroom with three beds, large bathroom with shower and closet; complete the property a terrace furnished with table and chairs to eat outdoors and enjoy moments of relaxation and a reserved parking space very valuable given the difficulty of parking in the area being close to the beach.The apartment is equipped with all comforts, present: flat screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, hairdryer, iron and ironing board; in the immediate vicinity all the main services.The Lido beach and the Lungomare promenade can easily be reached on foot, being at a distance of 450 meters.For large groups, three similar apartments are available in the same building.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay.
