Located on the third floor of a new building with elevator, it consists of a large living area with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, another bedroom with three beds and a bathroom; complete the property a small terrace furnished with table and chairs and a reserved parking space very precious given the difficulty of parking, because close to the beach.The apartment is equipped with all comforts: flat screen TV, air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, video intercom, iron, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, soundproof windows; in the immediate vicinity all the main services.The Lido beach and the Lungomare promenade can easily be reached on foot as it is 500 meters from the beach.For large groups, available in the same building a similar apartment able to accommodate another 7 people.Its width and length, the slow descent of its sandy bottom make the Lido beach the ideal holiday destination for families with children and from Trilo Agostino ... it's really a moment!Just beyond many other wonderful beaches that deserve a nice bath in their waters: Maria Pia, Fertilia, Le bombarde.Consumption of water, electricity and gas: included in the rental price. Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality. Security deposit: € 200.00.
