Kitchenette and dishes to be left tidy and clean; otherwise a supplement of € 50.00 will be applied. Linen rental upon notice: € 20.00 per person. Small pets: always on request, € 50.00 per week. Ability to smoke only in outdoor areas. Late check in, on request (for arrivals after 21.00): € 50.00; late check out (after 10.00): charge for an additional night's stay. Tourist tax to be paid locally in cash according to the rules of the Municipality. Security deposit: € 200.00.
