Its strategic location places guests half way between Como city in the south and the famous visitor sites of the central lake.

Internally, the 2nd floor apartment is fully WiFi-enabled throughout and features a light and airy open plan living room with stylish sofa, flat screen TV and direct access out to a private lake view balcony, with alfresco dining set. A contemporary kitchen diner also invites guests to wine and dine away. The lake view double bedroom is accompanied by a 2nd guest bedroom with two single beds, alongside a contemporary fitted bathroom with walk-in shower. A washing machine is also provided and guests staying have use of an on-site garage and outdoor communal pool.

The modern 2-storey residence leads to the centre of Argegno within 5 minutes by car/ 15 minutes on foot.

The contemporary residence is situated in an elevated setting along the main road ‘Via Schignano’, placing guests 5 minutes’ drive/ 15 minutes’ walk from the passenger ferry stop, main bus links, cafes, restaurants, lakeside lido and picturesque old town centre of Argegno.Please note that the pool is open from the 15th of May 2024 to the 30th of September 2024
