This wonderful newly built property is situated in an exclusive hillside residence in the medieval town of Argegno which enjoys a prominent position along the desirable western shore of Lake Como.

The property is situated on the first and second floor of building Gardenia and provides a modern layout and contemporary finish throughout. A spacious and bright open plan living room provides a wonderful place to relax and unwind with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV, and a stunning fully fitted Kitchen with breakfast bar and stools. The living room offers direct views of the Lake and mountains and serves as an inspirational backdrop during your stay, with glass doors sliding open to reveal the private balcony terrace with alfresco dining furniture.

The views feature the ancient town of Argegno, the famous Isola Comacina and the wooded bay of Lenno where Villa Balbianello is situated.

The living room also features a spiral staircase which leads guests to the upper loft style floor above and offers guests a versatile amount of sleeping accommodation with lovely sloping wooden honey coloured ceilings and a relaxed warmth which is created by the bright yet cosy and spacious bedrooms which feature modern furnishings and comforts.

Sleeping up to a party of 8, the accommodation is flexible and ideal for medium-large sized groups, with two double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and a double sofa bed to the living room which can be utilised if necessary.

Also in the property are two modern and newly fitted luxury bathrooms which both feature all the desired sanitary-ware including a washing machine for guest’s convenience during their stay.

The exclusive Residence Eden grounds offer more besides the sunny position and breathtaking lake views as it also offers residents a wonderful Swimming pool ideal for recreation and poolside relaxation, with breathtaking views to enjoy! Parking facilities and a telephone entry system is also available.

From the hillside residence guests can reach the lakeside centre of Argegno in just 5 minutes by car. The popular visitor town offers many picturesque views from the gushing Mountain River and ancient bridge crossings to the vibrant piazzas with cafes, bars and restaurants which lead to quieter and charming medieval passageways and areas of the town which are just waiting to be explored!

The town offers a range of local amenities and offers some very good restaurants to enjoy including La Piazzetta. From the town guests can also easily use the ferry and bus service or travel by car to explore the nearby towns and also enjoy other marvellous dining experiences at Il Crotto Platani and Gatto Nero.

Staying in Argegno along the desirable western shore of Lake Como also means that guests are within easy reach of the cosmopolitan delights of Como city which include the famous Duomo cathedral, its buzzing Piazzas, the wide variety of designer and high street shopping boulevards and Villa Olmo which plays host in its splendid rooms and gardens to many art and musical events and festivals each year. A train service also operates frequently to Milan from the city, making it an ideal destination to explore the Lombardy region from.Please note that the pool is open from the 11th of June 2024 to the 15th of September 2024
