Situated on the sunny western lakeshore hillside in the desirable medieval town of Argegno, this modern and fully furnished property benefits from being located in the secure and exclusive newly built 'Residence Eden' which provides a high standard of holiday accommodation.

The ground floor property provides guests with a modern and open plan living room which features a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV for guest’s entertainment and a newly fitted kitchen with all the desired appliances including a gas hob and oven, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and a dishwasher.

From the bright living room fantastic lake and mountain views including of the famous Isola Comacina can be enjoyed from the large glass doors which open out onto a private sunny terrace and garden, providing the perfect place for guests to relax and unwind with a glass of wine and an alfresco supper on the terrace.

The sleeping accommodation is flexible and can accommodate comfortably 1-4 persons offering a stylish and spacious master bedroom with double bed and bedside tables and offering guests a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere ideal for enjoying after a day of sightseeing on the Lake!

in the living room, a double sofa can be used if required to accommodate another 1-2 persons.

A modern and neutrally designed bathroom with power shower, sink, WC, bidet and a washing machine is also provided for guests and is also newly fitted and of a high standard.
The property also conveniently features a telephone entry system and resident parking facility for guest’s convenience.

The exclusive Residence Eden grounds offer more besides the sunny position and breathtaking lake views as it also offers residents a wonderful swimming pool ideal for recreation and poolside relaxation, with breathtaking views to also enjoy!

From the hillside residence guests can reach the lakeside centre of Argegno in just 5 minutes by car. The popular visitor town offers many picturesque views from the gushing mountain river and ancient bridge crossings to the vibrant piazzas with cafes, bars and restaurants which lead to quieter and charming medieval passageways and areas of the town which are just waiting to be explored! Argegno offers a range of local amenities and offers some very good restaurants to enjoy including La Piazzetta.

Argegno is well known for its cable car that takes you up to the town of Pigra which is at an 800m altitude. From the top, the amazing panoramic views are incredible.

From the town guests can also easily use the ferry and bus service or travel by car to explore the nearby towns and also enjoy other marvellous dining experiences at Il Crotto Platani and Gatto Nero. Staying in Argegno along the desirable western shore of Lake Como, also means that guests are within easy reach of the cosmopolitan delights of Como city which include the famous Duomo cathedral, its buzzing Piazzas, the wide variety of designer and high street shopping boulevards and Villa Olmo which plays host in its splendid rooms and gardens to many art and musical events and festivals each year.
