The property is situated in a quiet and panoramic location with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside a few kilometres from the famous town of Assisi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the Basilica of San Francesco. Ideal location for nature walks, mountain biking and hiking. Guests have access to a private, fully-equipped outdoor area, shared access to swimming pool and barbecue, games for children and relaxation areas. A common room is also available for any guests who wish to socialise. Private parking available for guests; cot and high chair provided on request. The studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor and features a sofa bed, kitchenette and bathroom with shower.
