Breath-taking property in the countryside of Avola, fully immersed in a typical Sicilian landscape with an exciting view of the Ionian Sea and the town of Avola. This property has a huge land where you can enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables. From the western side of the garden starts a path that leads downhill to a canyon where you can also find a wellspring. The property is characterized by two units, both with double bed, bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and a large living area with a double sofa bed. In both houses we'll also find a large terrace where to enjoy the gorgeous panorama of the Mediterranean Sea and have a Sicilian meal! Close by the pool area we'll also find the BBQ area. Note: the electricity is included up to a consumption of kWh 250 per week. Beyond that limit, it will have a cost.
