Situated on the ground floor with two independent entrances from the outside, it can be prepared for 2 or 4 guests accommodated in 1 or 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a private porch and shared swimming pool. It is a cosy farmhouse built in the 19th century with volcanic stone and tufa on the hills of Tuscia, with many activities in the vicinity.Beautiful excursions to Castel d'Asso, San Giovenale, Vulci and the cities of Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Rome (the capital is about an hour and a half away). There is a swimming lake about 12 km from the property. The house consists of 3 independent flats. The nearest airport is 136 km from the property. Service charges refer to heating

Take a trip to Civita di Bagnoregio! A very special village that can only be reached by a bridge because it is on a rock. The view is breathtaking. You can eat regional specialties at Alma Civita (www.almacivita.it) in a cozy restaurant. If you fancy a cappuccino, sit on the terrace at Bar Enoteca La Piazzetta, Via Porta Santa Maria.
