The villa is located at the top of a hill at 590 meters above sea level, the most interesting peculiarity is the climate of the place, in fact, in the afternoon, there is always a fresh breeze; the local farmers call it "sea breeze" because it comes from the sea at a distance of 40 km. The panorama is splendid, extending over the valley to Lake Bolsena and beyond to the Vulsini mountains which surround the lake.
