In Roncaro Baveno, panoramic and sunny hamlet on the hill, there is the Lulù house. It is a newly renovated stone cottage with great elegance in the furnishings. The house is made up of two cottages with two terraces, one with sun loungers and lake view, the other larger central equipped with deck chairs, table for 8 people, umbrella and large stone barbecue. From here you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake and the Borromean islands. In the main part of the house there is a service bathroom, the living room with lounge, satellite TV, dining table and the fully equipped open kitchen area. Climbing the staircase on the first floor there are two bedrooms, one double with a beautiful lake view and another with two single beds and on this floor there is also an elegant bathroom with shower. In the other rustic on the ground floor there is the living room with double sofa bed and lake view, on the first floor there is the bedroom with two single beds and lake view and another elegant bathroom with shower. At 200 meters from the house there is a garage available. To access the house you need to walk a small pedestrian street between the houses about 150 meters long. Little pets are welcome with a fee.
