These holiday apartments with a view of the lake are in a house built in 2009, in a residential area in Aureggio. It is just a five-minute walk from Bellagio.
The independent apartments are on the first floor of the private residential house with a lift. They afford a wonderful view of the lake and have elegant and comfortable furnishing. They are equipped with heating, a washing machine, satellite TV and air conditioning, but there is no Internet access.
Cars can be parked on the parking area belonging to the house or on the street.
The apartments are located a stone’s throw from the private beach at Bellagio and a waterskiing school in the Pescallo area. It is 100 metres to the Sporting Club, with a swimming pool and tennis courts. There are everyday shops near the apartments. It is 30 metres to a café/restaurants with a wireless Internet connection.
