Cozy and spacious apartment with beautiful views a few steps from the bay of Pescallo.

The apartment, finely furnished, spacious and bright, is located on the second floor of a building accessible by stairs, and features a terrace where guests can admire a stunning view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment opens onto the large and bright living room with a balcony overlooking the lake, complete with a smart tv, a sofa and a dining table. The independent kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cooking tools including an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a juicer and a toaster. The sleeping area boasts two spacious bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. A bathroom with a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, completes the layout.

At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, fans, free wi-fi and heating.

*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The nearest beach is the bay of Pescallo, just 5 minutes walk. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Bellagio Station and Bellagio Pier and 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
