Cozy apartment with spectacular lake views a few steps from the center of Bellagio and the bay of Pescallo.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, opens onto a hallway that connects all the rooms. The living area includes a living room furnished with a sofa, a cabinet with TV, an armchair and a dining table, and a fully-equipped independent kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and s juicer. The sleeping area consists of bedroom with a queen-size bed and a closet. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The highlight of this accommodation is the terrace with garden equipped with table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy the view of the lake and the beautiful gardens of Villa Giulia.

Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
