Beautiful villa immersed in a beautiful garden a few steps from the center of Civenna, 10 minutes from the old village of Bellagio.

The villa spreads over three floors, one of which is a basement. On the ground floor, guests will find the living area, which consists of three independent rooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a juicer, an espresso coffee machine and a dining table. The large living room, raised a few steps, is furnished with sofas, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV and a fireplace. Finally, the dining room features a table, an armchair and a TV. This floor there also has access to a small terrace with a table and chairs from which to enjoy a view of the garden, the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Upstairs, guests will find two bedrooms with a queen-size bed and a closet each, a bedroom with a single bed and a dresser, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The basement houses a bathroom and another bedroom, particularly spacious and bright, furnished with a queen-size bed, sofas, armchairs, a fireplace and a dresser.
The large garden is equipped with a bench, a porch swing, tables and chairs.

At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron and heating.

*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
