Modern and cozy apartment a few steps from the center of Bellagio.

The apartment, on the ground floor, is located within a residential complex with a private garden and a beautiful shared pool complete with a Jacuzzi. The entrance opens onto the living area furnished with a comfortable sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen complete with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster. The sleeping area boasts a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a closet, a chest of drawers and a desk. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

The highlight of this accommodation is the small private garden furnished with a table and chairs and overlooking the shared swimming pool.

At guests' disposal amenities such as washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating.

*In the area where the apartment is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

*The shared swimming pool is open from the 1st of June to the 30th of September. A swimming cap could be required.

*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.

Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is 100 m from the bus stop to/ from Como and a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
