Cozy apartment with garden and lake view in Visgnola, a village of Bellagio a 5-minute drive from the old town.

The apartment, located on the ground floor, spreads over two levels. The ground floor houses the lake view living area, furnished with a sofa, a TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a kettle, a toaster and an espresso machine. The sleeping area, located on the upper floor, consists of three attic bedrooms, two of which boast a small balcony overlooking the lake. The first one features a queen-size bed, the second one has two single beds, while the third one has one single bed. The layout is completed by a bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub.

The highlight of the apartment is the portion of the private garden with amazing lake view, equipped with a barbecue, dining tables and sun loungers.

At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron and heating.

*In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car.

*Guests will benefit from an outdoor parking slot inside the property.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is 1 hour and 30 min by car from Orio al Serio airport and Milan Malpensa airport.
