Modern and cozy apartment in the village of Visgnola, just a few minutes from Bellagio.

The apartment, on the ground floor of a house, opens onto the characteristic wooden and marble spiral staircase and spreads over several levels. The first floor houses a bedroom with a queen-size bed, with beds that can be separated upon request, and a bathroom with shower. The upper floor features the living area, which includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a fireplace, a sofa and an armchair. The staircase ends with a third level with a loft boasting a queen-size bed.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection, air conditioning and heating for colder days.

Among these treasures stands Bellagio, "The pearl of the Lario", a village of just over 3000 inhabitants on the northern end of the Larian Triangle, in which the two branches of the Lake are divided.
Among the most fascinating aspects of this village there are undoubtedly its charming villas, famous all over the world for their splendor and their manicured gardens. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The apartment is a 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
