A dream holiday home very near from the immense beaches of the coast of Bibione.
The Villa enjoys a position of great prestige, a green and reserved area in the immediate vicinity of Viale Europa. It is only 50 meters from the seafront and 100 meters from Viale Aurora, the renowned shopping street of Bibione Spiaggia. An exclusive corner to spend the holidays.
For summer stays of varying lengths in Bibione Spiaggia, a terraced villa on two levels with a wonderful private garden and convenient covered parking space. The half of the bungalow is air-conditioned and recently renovated, is surrounded by a well-kept furnished garden which has an external whirlpool. The entrance, framed by a small raised patio and embellished with a brick fireplace, opens through a large glass door to the living area. Here there is an airy open space, the living room with the sofa double bed and the perfectly equipped kitchen niche with window. The upper level offers two bedrooms, one main bedroom and one with two single beds. The bathroom with window is complete with shower.
On the back of the house there is a laundry room.
