The half of the bungalow is air-conditioned and recently renovated, is surrounded by a well-kept furnished garden which has an external whirlpool. The entrance, framed by a small raised patio and embellished with a brick fireplace, opens through a large glass door to the living area. Here there is an airy open space, the living room with the sofa double bed and the perfectly equipped kitchen niche with window. The upper level offers two bedrooms, one main bedroom and one with two single beds. The bathroom with window is complete with shower.
