All the must-have cooking appliances for carefree meals in are to hand, including a cooker hob, microwave, oven, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer.
For those looking to soak up some sun with an alfresco meal, the retreat also benefits from a BBQ and a lake view dining set.

From the gorgeous effortless flow of the lake view Living space, a set of open steps leads to the 1st floor sleeping accommodation. Ideally-suited for 2 couples or an easy-going group, the Duplex benefits from 2 romantic and spacious Lake view bedrooms. Each light and airy room also benefits from an ambient beamed ceiling and a wardrobe. The Master Double features a full En-suite bathroom too, whilst the 2nd Double room boasts its own private lake view balcony, perfect for special morning moments together.
Accompanying the upstairs bedrooms, is a downstairs shower room and private laundry facilities (including a tumble dryer). A private parking space provides added convenience.

From its peaceful hillside setting, the modern 2-storey building is a stone’s throw away from a bus stop and a short easy walk from the village supermarket.

Location:

The 2-storey residence is located along the quiet, secondary hillside road of ‘Frazione Sopravilla’. Just opposite, guests will find a bus stop with a Blevio-Frazione Sopravilla service to the local towns (C30, C31, C32 services).
The ferry from Blevio to Como costs only €2.50 and is a very enchanting way to travel particularly on sunny days.

Boasting a breathaking setting on Lake Como, the unspoilt village of Blevio offers that rare feeling of exclusivity and accessibility. Serviced by a local supermarket, post office and bus links, it provides a timeless backwater setting. The nearby lakeshore of Blevio is also home to a lake Rowing club and a Wakeboard club; whilst the cosy, child-friendly lakeside restaurant, ‘Ristorante Momi’ is only a 15-minute stroll away. The village is also home to the well-reviewed ‘L’Orangerie’ restaurant and the authentic ‘Albergo Ristorante Milan’, so, enjoying delicious Italian cuisine during your stay seems highly probable!

The location is ideal for those looking to dip into an array of cosmopolitan delights and carefree train links to Milan; with Como city a short 7-minute drive away. With its famous Duomo, world food restaurants, bars, shops, cultural attractions, tourist sights, corporate venues and train-bus-ferry-road links, the city provides an accessible and year-round base from which to explore Lake Como and reach the surrounding lakes and nearby cities of Milan and Lugano.
The city also offers the opportunity to enjoy a nearby game of golf at the Villa D’Este Golf Club or a classic car show at Villa Erba (both in Cernobbio), an art exhibition or musical concert at the beautiful lakeside Villa Olmo, or even a seaplane trip from Como’s Aeroclub.

From Como, frequent train links to Milan and Milan Malpensa Airport operate, whilst Milan Malpensa is a 50 minutes’ drive away, door-to-door from the holiday home (for those arriving by rental car or airport transfer).
