Modern apartment tastefully furnished with vintage style details, a few steps from Bologna station.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift and welcomes guests with a large entrance, equipped with a shoe rack and overlooking the living room. The bright open space living area, with beautiful black marble flooring, includes a comfortable sofa, a sofa bed, a large bookcase, a TV, a dining table with chairs and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen fitted with an oven and a kettle. From the living room it is possible to access the balcony of the apartment through a french window, where guests can find a lovely small table.
The bedroom, decorated in shades of red, comes with a comfortable queen size bed, a large wardrobe and a window. The layout of the apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer.

Guests will enjoy a splendid piano located in the living room, air conditioning, heating and free Wi-Fi connection.

Please be informed that the city centre is a limited-traffic zone, therefore we suggest leaving the car in one of the parkings and enjoying the old town on foot.

Bologna is a city of art, culture and trade. The capital of Emilia-Romagna is also known as “Dotta” (erudite), being the oldest university of the West, as “Grassa” (fat) for its gastronomic delights and “Rossa” (red) for the colours characterising its old town. Its soul is in the medieval old town, one of the biggest in Europe, dotted in taverns, workshops and theatres, characterised by almost 40 kms of porticoes. In the city centre there is Piazza Maggiore, where the charm of medieval buildings is perfectly combined with modernity. Not to be missed are the Fountain of Neptune by Giambologna and the Medieval Towers, “Torre degli Asinelli” and “Torre della Garisenda”, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in several museums, art galleries and religious buildings. It is allowed to leave Bologna only after having tried its gastronomic products, among which mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla bolognese while sipping famous DOC wines from the Bologna hills! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna can surprise you in every season.

The central train station is 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the airport can be reached with a 20-minute drive.
